Booking Policy
• Rescheduling:
You may reschedule once, with at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment.
The new date must be chosen within 24 hours of rescheduling, or your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation must be done 24 hours in advance or your card will be charged 50% of the balance due. Deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation.
Deposits remain valid for 30 days.
• No Call, No Show:
If you miss your appointment without contacting me, your card will be charged the full remaining balance 30 minutes after your scheduled time.
• Late Policy:
There is a grace period of up to 15 minutes.
Arrivals after 15 minutes are subject to a late fee or reschedule/cancellation at the lash tech’s discretion.
• Refunds & Fixes:
Refunds are issued at my discretion.
If you experience any lash issues, I’ll fix them free of charge within 72 hours of your appointment.
• No Guests or Children:
For safety reasons and to maintain a peaceful environment, no extra guests or children are allowed at appointments. Please arrive alone to ensure the best experience for both you and your lash tech.
• Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable.
